How do I ship my kit back?
Your kit must be shipped back on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning, and you must send it back the same day you produce your sample to get accurate results. The overnight shipping label is already on the box—just drop your kit off at a UPS Store (not a Drop Box or Access Point) before the overnight shipping cut-off time.
Is this kit covered by Maven?
You can purchase the kit at our exclusive discounted rate of $175, for Maven members only. The cost of the kit is not covered by Maven.

Will my sperm die on their way to your lab?
Some sperm will die, but Fellow has developed and validated an algorithm that accurately predicts how sperm degrade over time. Using this algorithm, they can calculate clinically-accurate results.
Fellow’s mail-in semen analysis process is published and peer-reviewed in one of the leading scientific journals on reproductive health, Fertility & Sterility. Overnight shipping is included, and your kit includes a vial of preservation solution that is designed to stabilize your sample during the shipping process, along with a gel pack that helps maintain a reasonable temperature.

When your discreet kit arrives, follow the instructions to produce a sample. Then take it to a UPS Store (not a Drop Box or Access Point) the same day.

Fellow will email your results 1-2 days after your sample is received. You’ll get a comprehensive breakdown of 6 key fertility markers (semen volume, sperm count, sperm concentration, motility, total motile count, and morphology).
